Tana & Bryn

Beautiful day, I LOVED being part of their celebrations.  Tana is from Samoa and Melissa (my very sweet second shooter) and I walked away from the wedding wanting to go there.  Badly.  Such a lovely family and so very emotional on this day, just beautiful people.

Brides dress by Collette Dinnigan and the bridesmaids and flowergirl dresses lovingly made by Tana’s mum.

Derek from Urban Light featured his same day edit at the reception and it blew me away.  You can watch it HERE.  I can’t stess enough to brides when hiring videographers that the must pick them according to the style of their coverage.  I enjoy working with Derek because like me he may need the bride and groom to do a few things during the day but otherwise like me will shut up and work quietly in the background capturing candidly what he’s witnessing.  It is so important when choosing the visual artists on your day to make sure that they are the same in terms of style otherwise they will inevitably clash on the day and can’t capture what you’ve paid them to.
